Soursop / Guanabana (Annona muricata)
Source tree from Top Tropicals, May 2017
This is a large seedling plant. I love how different soursop trees are from other Annonas. The leaves are shiny (cherimoyas, atemoyas and sugar apples have non-shiny slightly fuzzy leaves), and the bark is almost white with dark stripes. It is a very striking tree. My tree defoliated completely in the winter even with protection, but bounced back strongly in the spring (unlike my large sugar apple which bit the dust the winter of 2017/18).
